I'm a very bad blogger. Jess and I went to Monticello in October.....yes October, as in two months ago, and I am just now getting around to writing about it. At least I get to officially cross another item off of my List of 26 Things to Do While I'm 26.
We needed a girls weekend, so what is better than starting the weekend off with wine and learning how to make hors d'œuvres at Cookology. Did I mention there was wine? Perfect way to start the weekend for sure! Sadly there were no pictures taken....we were too busy eating and drinking! Oh and getting soaking wet from the hand washing sink that's handle turned the opposite way from common sense (sorry Jess).

The views and the flower gardens certainly didn't disappoint either!
If you are ever in the area, I would certainly recommend making the trip!
